We View Writing as Serious Business
Both New York Worldwide Publishers® and New York Worldwide®, realize that professional writing is serious business. We realize the time it takes to write a book, and especially quality books. Since we are very selective in our choosing of writers, we do not accept unsolicited work. When we choose a writer, we strongly believe that his or her work offers great potential. Once a writer is selected to join our publishing team, we become very protective of our writer’s work. Our legal representatives use the full extent of the law to protect our writers. When it comes to our legal representation, we only hire high-caliber and first-rate Publishing Law Attorneys.
Our lawyers protect our writer’s property. If any books slightly resemble books written by our writers, our lawyers do comprehensive investigations and we take legal action against plagiarism.
Our selected writers are also encouraged to use our specialized Literacy Lawyers or their own Literacy Lawyer to represent them in contractual negotiations.
